Speaking and engagements

Not another motivational talk.

Your audience has heard 'believe in yourself' a hundred times. I give them the thinking behind businesses that grow: how customers decide, how to sell without begging, and how to build something that lasts.

The Business of Building a Business

“Most businesses don't fail for lack of passion. They fail for lack of a system.”

What it actually takes to turn an idea into a business that pays you: offers, pricing, operations, people and cash. Built from the experience of starting a service business from one small room and growing it in public.

Your audience leaves with

  • How to tell a hobby from a business in one honest question
  • Pricing that covers your time, your costs and your growth

  • Positioning so you stop competing on price

From Skill to Sustainable Business

Your audience leaves with

  • Why financial dependence is a business problem, not a personal failure

Your audience leaves with

  • Mapping where your best customers come from
  • Retention: the cheapest growth there is
  • Simple numbers every owner should track

SME forums · Accelerator programmes · Chamber of commerce events

How I speak

Practical. Honest. Built from real business.

I don't teach from theory I haven't tested. My talks come from building a business with no manual, from mistakes that cost money, and from studying why people buy. Expect clear thinking, real examples, audience interaction and ideas people can act on immediately.
